Transcribing and circulating meeting minutes for the April 28-29, 2007 Southeast Region Executive Committee;

Transcribing and circulating meeting minutes for the May 5-6, 2006 Southeast Region Executive Committee;

Transcribing and circulating meeting minutes for the October 25-26, 2005 Executive Committee Minutes;

Transcribing and circulating of the meeting minutes from the Southeast Region Boulé held on October 27, 2005;

Receiving Southeast Region dues from the Grand Office and transmitting them to the Southeast Region Thesauristes, Archon Marvel Turner, Sr.;

Sending out correspondence to the Southeast Region Sire Archons and Grammatei;

Preparing a listing of the Southeast Region Sire Archon and Grammatei with e-mail addresses to facilitate electronic communications with these officers;

Compiling the names of deceased Archons and Archousai for inclusion in the Memorial Services Program;

Compiling the names of delegates attending the 14^{th Biennial Boulé;}

Assisting Archons of the Southeast Region Executive Committee as requested;

Obtaining and distributing stationary for the use of the Southeast Region Executive Committee;

Mailing out communications and announcements from Sire Archon Paul Mohr, Sr.;

Approving expenses for Archons in the Southeast Region;

Maintaining a notebook of all correspondence sent to the by and to the Southeast Region Grammateus; and

Maintaining a computer disk of all correspondence generated by the Southeast Region Grammateus.
